The Mill
Background
The Mill Liquorsave is an independent chain of liquor stores operating throughout New Zealand. The company's success and growth based on a simple formula of offering customers a huge choice of products and pricing deals not seen before. The Mill's philosophy is reflected in its pricing, sourcing and supplying any products customers demand.
Opportunity
The Mill recognised it needed expert input to come up with apparel and merchandise and wanted it from one supplier. It asked AMS to suggest solutions including uniform supply, promotional items and retail stock ... and to suggest a way to handle the logistics of getting all the items to all the people all over the country at the same time.
Solution
We designed and produced a distinctive and smart uniform for retail staff in 43 branches and seven distribution hubs across the country. A special clothing range has also been developed for in-store sale to promote The Mill. We also deliver The Mill an on-line ordering system for uniforms and consumable items for retail sale, with creative products easily ordered and quickly dispatched.
